Welcome to Italy Goods – an online website for the marketing and sale of authentic Italian products, directly from the importer to the consumer (hereinafter: the “Website”).

Browsing the Website, using it and/or placing an order through it constitutes full and binding acceptance of all the terms set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
Any person who does not agree with one or more of these terms is requested to refrain from using the Website.

1. General

1.1 The Website is operated and managed by Italy Goods (hereinafter: the “Company”).
1.2 Any person browsing and/or purchasing through the Website (hereinafter: the “User”) declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 The Company may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, at its discretion. Any changes shall apply only to orders placed after the updated version is published on the Website.
1.4 The binding version of the Terms & Conditions is the version published on the Website at the time the order is placed.
1.5 Use of the Website is permitted only to individuals aged 18 and over who are legally competent to enter into binding transactions.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 The Website is intended for personal and private use only. Any commercial use of the Website content, information, or products without the Company’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
2.2 The User undertakes not to perform any action that may harm the Website, its operation, its security, its content, or the rights of third parties.
2.3 The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to block access to the Website, cancel an order, or take any other action in cases of misuse, fraud, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
2.4 Product images displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Minor differences may occur between the images and the actual products, including color, packaging, labeling, or size.

3. Products, Prices, and Payments

3.1 All prices displayed on the Website include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2 The Company may update prices, promotions, product descriptions, and inventory availability at any time without prior notice.
3.3 All products are subject to actual availability in stock. In the event of out-of-stock items, the Company may cancel the order or offer an equivalent substitute product.
3.4 Payments shall be made exclusively through secure payment systems, including credit cards, PayPal, and/or other payment methods as presented on the Website.
3.5 An order shall be deemed confirmed only after receiving approval from the payment processing company.
3.6 In the event of a technical error, pricing error, or incorrect product description, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order, in which case any amount paid by the User shall be fully refunded.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Self-Pickup

4.1 The estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
4.2 For remote areas (including the Arava region, the Golan Heights, or areas beyond the Green Line), delivery times may extend up to 10 business days.
As of this date, deliveries are available only in the Jerusalem and Tel Aviv areas.
4.3 Deliveries are carried out through professional third-party courier companies.
4.4 The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including weather conditions, holidays, strikes, or courier delays.
4.5 Shipping costs shall be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the delivery address and order size.
4.6 Self-pickup from the Company’s warehouse is available by prior coordination. Address and operating hours are listed on the “Contact Us” page.

5. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

5.1 Order cancellations shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its applicable regulations.
5.2 The User may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been opened, used, or damaged, and is returned in its original packaging.
5.3 In the event of cancellation after shipment, the User shall bear the cost of return shipping, in accordance with applicable law.
5.4 Refunds shall be issued within 14 business days from receipt of the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5.5 Returns of products purchased under promotions or discounts shall be permitted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and depending on the nature of the product.
5.6 In the event of a defective, missing, or incorrect product, the User must notify the Company within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide appropriate documentation.
5.7 Following inspection, the Company shall offer a refund, replacement product, or store credit, in accordance with applicable law and taking into account the User’s preference.
5.8 For health, safety, and food hygiene reasons, opened, used, or expired food products cannot be returned.

6. Privacy and Data Security

6.1 The Company implements reasonable and accepted security measures to protect Users’ personal information.
6.2 Information collected through the Website is stored in a secure database and used for Website operation, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing communications, subject to the User’s consent.
6.3 The Website uses cookies for statistical purposes and to improve the user experience.
6.4 Personal information shall not be transferred to third parties, except as required by law or for Website operation purposes (such as courier or payment processing companies).
6.5 Users may request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting customer support.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or derogate from any liability imposed on the Company by applicable law.

9. Marketing Communications and Newsletter

9.1 Subscription to the mailing list constitutes consent to receive updates, promotions, and marketing materials from the Company.
9.2 Users may unsubscribe at any time via the “unsubscribe” link included in each message or by contacting customer support.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
10.2 Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Website shall lie with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District.
10.3 The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation or mediation, where possible, before initiating legal proceedings.
